Protein-Packed Granola Bars
These protein-packed granola bars have a secret ingredient and they’re packed with delicious flavors from nuts and dried fruit.
INGREDIENTS
Ready Foods Pinto Beans - #7112 (about 1 pound)
2 cups oats
1 cup dried fruit (like cranberries or apricots)
1/2 cup roasted, salted pepitas
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup nut butter
SERVING SUGGESTION
Pulse together all items in a food processor or stir together in a large bowl.
Press into a parchment-lined sheet pan and bake at 350F until the top of the bar is set and drying.
Cool and then place in the fridge until set.
Cut and serve or store in an air-tight container.
