Prosciutto

SERVING SUGGESTIONS 

For this pie, top the dough with a slather of sauce and sliced garlic and bake. With about 5 minutes left in the cooking time, add the prosciutto. Finish with cracked black pepper and a sprinkle of Parmesan that will melt before the pie hits the table.
