Survey Terms

ELIGIBILITY:

Survey/Sweepstakes is open to anyone of legal age in the USA as of the date of entry. No purchases are necessary. A purchase of Ready Foods products will not increase chances of winning. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Only the respondents who provide their email address at the final question of the survey will be eligible for winning the prize.

AGREEMENT TO RULES:

By participating in the survey, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Ready foods, as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

SURVEY/SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:

The Survey/Sweepstakes entry period begins at 12am MST on July 17, 2023, and ends at 12am MST on October 1, 2023. A winner will be selected from entries properly submitted and timely received during the Survey/Sweepstakes Period.

HOW TO ENTER:

During the Survey/Sweepstakes Period, submit your responses in the link above. The entries must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Winners will be granted the prize upon submitting a valid email address at the final question of the survey. Respondents who have not provided a valid email address will not be eligible for winning. You may enter only once and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Ready Foods.

PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING:

There will be 1 winner drawn at random. The winner will receive a $750 debit cash card or check. No cash or other prize substitution permitted. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Ready Foods to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

HOW WINNERS ARE SELECTED AND NOTIFIED:

One winner will be selected by random drawing. Winners will be chosen from survey responses received in the Survey/Sweepstake Period. The potential winners will be notified via email to the email address submitted at the final question of the Survey within one (1) week after the drawing. The drawing will be conducted by Ready Foods. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Ready Foods may award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected randomly. Ready Foods shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected. Winners will receive the prize within thirty (30) business days after replying to the winning notification email sent by a Ready Foods representative.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Ready Foods reserves the right to modify, terminate, suspend, or cancel the Survey/Sweepstakes at its sole discretion.

Ready Foods has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Survey/Sweepstakes, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses, multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by sweepstakes rules, or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Your identity will not be disclosed to any third-parties and will only be accessed by Ready Foods. Your responses will be used to create a report around customer needs.
