This cozy appetizer can be sent out the door for customers to bake and serve to their family or served as a vegetarian appetizer in your establishment.

Ready Foods Sautéed Mushrooms - #7500

Puff Pastry

Carrots, Greens, Onions

Egg Wash

SERVING SUGGESTION 

Use are sautéed mushrooms to easily make a mushroom wellington. Warm the mushrooms and push through a sieve, reserving the strained sauce. Saute the carrots, greens and onions that you may be using and stir in the mushrooms. Roll into individual or large wellingtons in the puff pastry. Brush the pastry with egg wash and bake until done. Warm the reserved mushroom sauce and serve as a gravy.
