Demi glace and steak go hand in hand, so it is no surprise that this duo would make for a delicious flatbread. Serve with caramelized onions, peppers and cheese.

Toppings: Cheese, green peppers, steak, caramelized onions

SERVING SUGGESTION 

Bake the flatbread with a slather of demi, cheese and peppers. Finish with a sprinkle of cheese, medium-rare steak and a drizzle of demi. Serve as an appetizer, main dish, or passed bite for a crowd.
