Roasted Tomato & Bean Crostini

This crostini recipe is easy enough to add to your happy hour menu or a private group party lineup. Puree our perfectly cooked pinto beans with a creamy dairy, like ricotta and served with roasted tomatoes and herbs.

INGREDIENTS

Ready Foods Pinto Beans
Ricotta, sour cream or mascarpone
Roasted cherry tomatoes
Fresh herbs, like basil or sage
Crostini bread

SERVING SUGGESTION 

Puree the Pinto Beans and dairy of choice until it reaches your desired consistency. Spread onto crostini and serve with roasted tomatoes and herbs.
