Whole-Roasted Chili Squash

This whole-roasted butternut squash is a stunner. Using our chili-based Red Chile Sauce, with a slew of flavorful peppers and medium heat, this is a great way to reinvent fall squash flavors. SERVING SUGGESTION 

Pierce the skin all over on a butternut squash and roast until tender. Peal the squash and rub with our tomato-based, peppery Red Chile Sauce and roast again for about 10 minutes. Garnish with pistachios or herbs. Send out the door whole as a part of a meal kit or cut off individual rounds and serve as a part of a plated dish.
